• IA Today publishes original articles weekly and reaches over 25,000 readers every month. Peruse our content to see what topics we cover.
• The goal of our content is to advance American pluralism and the work of Interfaith America. This includes the following guidelines:
  • In general, we avoid content that attempts to speak on behalf of or to entire identity communities. Authors are encouraged to speak in the first person about their own values and beliefs.
  • When describing or referring to situations about which there is substantial disagreement and/or emotion, please use appropriately provisional and careful language. We avoid content that describes one person’s or community’s view of a disputed issue as mere fact.
  • Authors should link to reputable outside sources to substantiate any claims made.
  • We do not publish any perspective that condones – or seemingly appears to condone – political, religious, or communal violence.
  • We do not publish any content that engages in derogatory or stereotypical generalizations about any identity or community.
  • All content should demonstrate a genuine and healthy desire to engage with others who might see the content differently.
