Marketing & Communications Assistant

This role will support the administrative functions of the Marketing & Communications (MC) team with some executive assistant responsibilities to support the Director of Marketing & Communications.

Program Manager

IA Program Managers are generalists, able to engage religious and worldview diversity with all constituents on a college campus from faculty to administrators and in a community from young leaders to thought leaders and non-profit leaders.

Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level executive assistance to our Senior Advisor for Racial Equity and our Chief Operating Officer.

We offer competitive base salaries and tiered annual merit-based increases.

Full Healthcare

IA pays 100% of the cost to add staff to our medical, dental, and vision plans. Staff who wish to add their dependents to the plans contribute only to the cost of their dependents.

Financial Protection

IA pays 100% of the cost of a $50,000 life insurance plan along with 100% of the cost for short-term and long-term disability plans.

Work/Life Balance

We feel work/life balance is key to achieving our mission. IA has a generous paid time off policy. Our staff work from our downtown Chicago Loop office 2–3 days per week and work from home the remaining days.
