In partnership with Convergence Center for Policy Resolution, IA hosted the Bridging Divides in Corporate America and Beyond Roundtable on November 3, 2023. This event brought together senior leaders from more than 25 companies to explore the detrimental effects of toxic polarization on business and empowered them with the tools needed to foster more productive, civil, and innovative corporate environments in a deeply divided America.
Farah Siddiqui is a trusted leader in interfaith engagement and faith-based inclusion efforts in the workplace and serves as a thought partner and featured speaker in our corporate consulting work. Previously at Salesforce, Farah was the Co-Founder and Global President of Faithforce, the Interfaith Employee Resource Group, which added the lens of religious identity into the diversity and inclusion space. Now at Google, she continues her work to build and support an amazing culture which elevates and celebrates religious and cultural diversity at work. Farah was an inaugural Sacred Journey Fellow at Interfaith America.
