This event is open to all affiliate and national staff, board of directors, volunteers and donors for the 4 Team Up Project partners – YMCA of the USA, Catholic Charities USA, Habitat for Humanity International and Interfaith America. This event is intended for people with a commitment to the partner organizations – please do not share publicly via social media.
Join the CEOs of the Team Up Project in an intimate discussion about why bridgebuilding is key to each organization’s mission, how it leads to greater trust within organizations, impact in programs, and cohesion in the community, and an exciting call to join. CEOs, staff, board of directors and volunteers alike will come away inspired, with practical tools, and more connected to national network addressing isolation, polarization and practical needs in their communities. This will be a moderated discussion with opportunity to raise questions to the four CEOs.
The Team Up Project launched in September 2022. It is a collaboration between these four organizations to amplify the bridgebuiding work happening in their networks every day, network leaders across the nation innovating and learning effective bridgebuliding models that meet organizational goals, and tell the story about this important work in order to further galvanize the social sector. Team Up includes cohorts of innovative affiliates, training and resources for affiliate staff and volunteers, and support for telling the story of great ongoing work. Team Up’s mission is simple — to empower people to build connections across differences through shared service within their local communities. Hear directly from the CEOs in this Oct. 24, 2024 op ed.
