Katie Bringman Baxter

Katie oversees IA’s longstanding program areas ensuring alignment and strategic prioritization across projects. Across more than a decade with the organization, she has built relationships with key partners and associations in service of advancing a vision of Interfaith America. Katie has been published in the Journal of College and Character, Liberal Education and helped develop the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America’s policy statement on Inter-Religious Commitment. Her interest in religion and higher education are rooted in an M.A. in College Student Personnel from BGSU, a B.A. in Religion from Wittenberg University, and professional experience in university settings. Beyond IA, Katie enjoys visiting local parks with her family and serving in leadership roles at her Lutheran church.
