Kaitlyn Dalton

As Talent & Culture Manager, Kaitlyn Dalton’s role includes recruitment, onboarding, cultural engagement, and executive assistance. She graduated from Arizona State University with a B.A. in Religious Studies. Additionally, Kaitlyn studied religion and conflict at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, in addition to a research internship at The Harry S. Truman Institute for the Advancement of Peace. Her interfaith involvement continued with an internship with the Interfaith Council of Metropolitan Washington and an intensive research project about American Women in Interfaith Dialogue Spaces. Kaitlyn’s academic and professional aspirations are rooted in her belief that interfaith dialogue has the potentiality to reflect our shared humanity and universal capacity for connection.
