Kabir Kumar is an accomplished professional in the fields of CSR as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Opportunity & Inclusion, Workforce & External Partnerships at The Walt Disney Company, Kabir has previously held positions such as Head of Strategic Initiatives and Global Belonging at Walmart, as well as Head of Community at Walmart.org. Additionally, Kabir has contributed as a Commissioner for the Arkansas Governor’s Commission on National Service and Volunteerism – Engage AR and as a Board Member at Interfaith America. Previous experience also includes roles as a Senior Development Officer and Development Officer at the Silicon Valley Community Foundation and roles at various nonprofit organizations in the United States, U.K. and India.
