Stefanie Engström

Stefanie is an experienced IT professional who has worn many hats over her career. Since entering the IT field, she has worked as a first- and second-tier support engineer, a systems administrator, and a risk management professional, and has been dedicated in each role to building bridges between technical experts and business professionals. For over a decade, Stefanie has also served as a national, international, and NCAA referee in the sport of fencing. This experience gifted her a unique perspective on how civil discourse, celebrating diversity, and embracing the common ground between individuals and between cultures can transform a community for the better. In her spare time, Stefanie enjoys video games and caring for her many indoor plants, as well as making music, creating digital art, and writing short fiction.
