Dr. Royal Baxter is a 14-year Student Affairs practitioner, currently serving as the Director of Campus Wellness and Support and Interim Executive Director of the Student Activities Center at Clayton State University. Dr. Baxter manages the student engagement experience portfolio including overseeing diversity and multicultural initiatives, civic engagement efforts, student leadership development opportunities and the administration of student organizations.
