Olivia Whitener

Olivia Whitener, Director of Foundation Relations, works alongside members of the Advancement Team to cultivate and steward relationships with foundation partners to support the work of Interfaith America. Prior to joining Interfaith America, Olivia was Program Coordinator for the Social Science Research Council’s Religion and the Public Sphere Program and Editorial Assistant of the Program’s digital platform, The Immanent Frame. She holds a BA in Anthropology from Wake Forest University and has held previous communications roles with a variety of faith-based nonprofits. Olivia lives in Fort Collins, CO with her husband, who she met while they served as camp counselors at a Lutheran-Episcopal summer camp in their home state of New Jersey.
