Marley Pierce
Program Manager
Marley Pierce is the Program Manager for Democracy and Bridge Building. She holds a BA in Ethnic Studies from Brown University and prior to this role served as an elementary special education teacher, outdoor environmental science guide, and high school US History teacher. Most recently she worked as a senior strategist with Cambridge Heath Ventures managing the selection process for The Fund for New Leadership. She has previously written curriculum with IA’s Bridging The Gap program to equip college educators to lead bridge building. Marley enjoys backpacking, spending time outdoors with people she loves, and roping anyone who’s willing into long form board games. She’s excited to continue promoting the skills needed to cross lines of difference in pursuit of a more compassionate world.
