Lou Nelson

Lou Nelson, Data Quality Specialist, supports Interfaith America’s data governance efforts and use of Salesforce. They hold a BA in English from Wheaton College (IL) and are a certified Salesforce Administrator. Prior to working at Interfaith America, Lou held data and operations roles at several immigrant- and refugee-serving nonprofits in Minnesota. Their work is motivated by relationship-building and connection across difference, and has focused on justice and accessibility in relation to data. They are passionate about making systems work for people. Outside of work, Lou enjoys walking their dog, science fiction, and collage poetry.
