Kim Frank, Executive Assistant, supports IA’s COO & Chief of Staff, Amber Hacker; Senior Advisor for Racial Equity, Rev. Fred Davie; and Chief Strategy Officer, Warwick Sabin. Kim received her bachelor’s in social work from Northeastern University. She worked for several years supporting the CEO at One Hope United before supporting one of the partners at Brown, Gibbons, Lang & Co.
Kim has a passion for youth work and religious exploration. For the past 15 years she has worked with Youth Outlook supporting LGBTQ youth in their youth leadership program and evening drop-in centers. An active member in the Unitarian Universalist church, she ran a high school youth group for over 20 years while coordinating district events and conferences. In addition to her involvement in her local church, Kim is a practicing Wiccan. She enjoys tending to her plants and writing poetry. Kim chose to join the Unitarian church because of the value she places on religious education, understanding and celebration of many faith traditions and is excited to now work at a place that reflects her values.
