Cassie Meyer
Director of Campus Partnerships
Cassie Meyer is thrilled to be returning to IA after 6 years at the University of the South where she served first as Director of Dialogue Across Difference Programs and then as Assistant Dean of Student Equity and Career Readiness; in both roles she was responsible for building and sustaining new programs and systems with a campus-wide reach. Her dialogue work has been nationally recognized as a model for other campuses. In the 13 years she was at IA (then IFYC), she designed and oversaw numerous programs; when she left the organization, she was focused on academic and curricular initiatives, higher education convenings, and scholarship. She has an MA from the University of Chicago Divinity School and a BA from Lawrence University. She loves cooking beans, traveling with her husband Mark and daughters Esme (10) and Iris (8), and supporting Esme and Iris’s performing arts endeavors. Originally from Seattle, she now lives on a beautiful mountain in tiny Sewanee, Tennessee, which is a very nice place to visit.
