Bimi Tella, Program Assistant, provides support for members of the democracy initiatives team. She holds a BA in kinesiology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and has been working in chiropractic and wellness clinics for the past 7 years. Being born in Nigeria to a Muslim family and later converting to Christianity, her diverse background sparked her interest in religious and cultural inclusion, leading her to Interfaith America. Bimi is also a songwriter and performing artist, making music that she hopes will heal and inspire the world. Bimi is excited for the ways in which she can contribute to and support the Interfaith America mission and help the organization execute their own plans to heal and inspire many parts of the world through religious and racial diversity.
