Anna Zarubin-Cohen

Anna Zarubin-Cohen, Assistant Director of Talent, serves the inspiring staff members of Interfaith America as part of the Human Resources team. Having worked as an HR Partner in the telecommunications, senior living, and consulting industries, her role at IA focuses on learning and leadership development, recruiting, employee relations, and performance management. She holds an MA from Bowling Green State University in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a BA from DePaul University. Originally from Moscow, Russia, Anna now calls the northern suburbs of Chicago home. She enjoys exploring museums, trying her hand at gardening, and hanging out with her family. She is drawn to the message of Respect, Relate, Cooperate and believes society is served by a deeper understanding of our shared humanity.
