Hayley Segall

Hayley Segall, Grant Writer, supports the Advancement Team’s foundation relations through preparation and delivery of proposal and report materials. A trained interfaith dialogue facilitator, she is passionate about fostering connections across differences. Before joining IA, she served as Manager of Grants and Foundation Relations at Mandala South Asian Performing Arts, Inc., and interned with the Interfaith Council of Metropolitan Washington and Interfaith Power & Light. Hayley holds a BA in Religion, with minors in Politics and Rhetoric & Composition from Oberlin College, and an MDiv with a focus on South Asian Traditions and intersectional relationship-building from the University of Chicago. Outside of work, Hayley enjoys hiking, singing, and doting on every animal she meets.
