Interfaith America Founder, Eboo Patel, is Featured in Religious Freedom Documentary Now Streaming

Founder of Interfaith America, Eboo Patel, contributes to the historical insight of prejudice against Catholics in the United States, in a documentary that explores the prejudice and evolution of religious groups in America.

Free Exercise: “America’s Story of Religious Liberty,” a comprehensive documentary produced on the history of religious freedom is now streaming on multiple platforms including Apple TV and Amazon Prime Video.

The film explores the development of religious freedom in the United States through the eyes of six American faith communities – Quakers, Baptists, Black churches, Catholics, Mormons and Jews.

Other experts of interfaith, religious freedom, educators and social leaders were interviewed for this film including Mitt Romney, John Inazu, Dennis Dickerson and others.

The film premiered this fall on PBS stations nationwide and was presented by WETA-TV in Washington, D.C. through the National Educational Telecommunications Association (NETA).
